Quick infant car seat question
Leaving for Florida in an hour. Taking infant car seat but not the base. Read the manual about how to install it without the base in the car and just have a quick question.
The seat belt goes through the slits but does the baby sit above the belt or under it? We tried it the other day with baby over it and it just seemed weird because the belt is raised up from the seat. Hope this is making sense. If not I am sure I will figure it out. Its only for to and from the airport

I think that the baby is strapped into the seat and then the seat is buckled in, so I guess the baby is under the seat belt...
