Quick q for mom's who make food-- papaya
I just gave DD a 1/2 papaya (as per baby food cookbook)...it's super ripe. I want to give her the other half tomorrow...it says "suitable for freezing" in the cookbook, but can I just mash up the other half and stick it in the fridge, or will it brown or something? Do I have to freeze it for a few hours then thaw it overnight for tomorrow?

Oh good, thanks! I didn't want to freeze it if I didn't have to. I'll mash it up and stick it in a container in the fridge until tomorrow. Thank you!!
