Quick question for Dr. B patients Re: meds/IUI
I am anticipating getting AF tomorrow which means I am supposed to call Dr. Braeverman and tell him that I am ready to begin "treatment" which will include Femera and an IUI. Does anyone know if I will need to make an appointment to get the prescription for Femera or what exactly happens next. I've already had all testing and my DH had an SA and everything looked good. I just want to be prepared with something to tell my boss as I work in Manhattan and live in Queens. Dr. B is quite far for me but I really like him so I will continue with him for as long as I need to.
Any insight into the road ahead is greatly appreciated!

Re: Quick question for Dr. B patients Re: meds/IUI
I had to do bloodwork before he prescribed the femara. So i went in for bloodwork and waited a day got the ok then took the femara. Then 1 week from taking the femara I went in for another bloodtest and sono to check for mature eggs. I had 2 so we sched the IUI for the next 2 days after that. And now I am 3 DPO
Good luck!

my sched with Dr. B was similar without the IUI. but i had to go back a lot more times for monitoring cause my response rate was slower.
your first time in this cycle should be CD3.
good luck
