Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I do prefer climbing into a made bed though.
I couln't wait to move out so I didn't have to make it anymore if I didn't want to. My mother is ashamed of me

Same here!
We had to make our bed everyday, clean our room and "fix" the fringe on the edges of our rug!! LOL! I had to vac, dust, windex, etc.
I never really disliked it when I was little, surprisingly... and now that I'm older I *love* cleaning. I change the sheets once or twice a week and wash them, wash the duvet cover once every other week and make the bed daily... if, for some reason, DH is the last out of the house - he knows to make the bed lol.
our mothers should be very proud. 
I straighten the sheets, blankets and pillows, but i don't put the decorative bedspread and pillows on everyday. it's annoying when all i want to do is crawl into bed at night and i have to fold things nicely.

nope, never did
only when company comes! (it may be wrinkly, but I assure you, the sheets are super-CLEAN.)

YES!! I will kick DH out if he's still in it. And if by some chance he leaves much later than me, and *attempts* to make the bed for me, I'll come home and re-do the whole thing!

Yes, but not b/c Ihave to have it neat. I have a dog who likes to get under the blankets and if I don't make the bed, she will tear the fitted sheet b/c she is trying to pull the blanket back.

Only in the winter - the comforter on the sheets makes it warmer to get into (at least that what it feels like to me.)

yes. I skip the decorative pillows most days though, they are stacked so nicly and a PIA to take off again so they usually don't make it unless I have a lot of time.
DH sleeps durning the day but he doesn't sleep in the bed, he sleeps on the floor- And NO I am not kidding
So I never have to worry about him making it

Not really during the week, we just straighten, but on the weeknds, DH has to make the be before he opens the blinds, b/c we are on the 1st floor & he doesn't want the neighbors to see.

I am crazy though. I iron my sheets after I was them OR I just learned a trick. . . I make the bed and then just steam the top sheet where it folds over the blanket! looks great!
