yes! and the voice thing totally freaks me out! i hate to hear my own voice on a video, its awful!!!!
ITA. I took a public speaking class where they tape you doing all of these presentations and play them back.. I immediately went home and apologized to DH for having such a horrific voice and sounding so annoying when I talk!

I swear to you- I just saw a picture of myself that someone sent me and I was like- what on earth? I swear that is NOT the girl I just saw in the mirror this morning. (At least I hope not!!)

Seriously though- am I the only one?
What is causing this phenomenon?
Which is the accurate potrayal? The mirror or the photo? I am assuming camera angles, lighting, all that, contribute but it's so odd!!

This is so true!! I never trust how I look in the mirror if we are going somewhere where I know my picture will be taken. I drive DH nuts because I make him take a picture on the digital camera to make sure I look alright.
I do this too sometimes!

I do not photograph well at ALL. I hate pictures. It's the one part of my wedding that I'm not looking forward to. My SO doesn't photograph well either. I think we are WAY more hot in person.
