Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
Some of my family members are gearing up once again to shave their heads for St. Baldrick's Foundation to raise money for childhood cancer
What is the lowest money (if any) would it take you to shave your head?

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
I was once told by my old hairdresser that I had the perfect shape head...what a compliment. I actually think I would look okay with no hair! My cousin (male) did it for my mother when she was going through chemo, it was very touching. I think I could do it for a pretty small amount. It will always grow back!

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
Seriously....I would do it for 17K - if I could wipe out my student loan I would be the happiest person in the world and my hair would grow back!

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
I put 75K, but would probably do it for less. I'd have to think about it, but i dont feel like thinking about something that might not happen right now

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
I said for the very least $25K+. I'm figuring it would take at least 2+ years for it to grow back to a shoulder length.

I put the 25-75k
it would erase my student loans which would be good...and in all honesty its hair...it grows back...

free, for a good cause - like if my Mom or sister was sick and treatment caused hair loss, etc.

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
As a guy, it's not quite the same, so it wouldn't take much $$... In a few more years, I won't have much left to shave off anyway!

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
For a charity I'd do it for free. Unfortunately I have dyed & processed my hair so much they always turn me down b/c my hair is not approved for a wig.
Maybe after the baby when I have not messed with my hair for a while I can donate the healthy part to locks of love or something.

I put 75K. I would be so ugly without my hair. I know I could not settle for anything less then 75K

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
It would definitely have to be enough to buy a few great quality wigs AND improve my financial condition somewhat (meaning I could wipe out my student loans and have $$$ left over). I chose 75k+

Re: Random Question: How much would it take to shave your head?
It wouldn't take much. It's just hair to me, it will grow back. Add the benefit of helping cancer sufferers or getting money that could make our life & house purchasing easier... and it's a no brainer.
But I did have a head injury when I was 16 so my scars wouldn't look so great, I'm sure. I wouldn't go with a wig because I would want to tell people why I did it - spread the word. But I'd definitely wear a hat to work.
