Not true. TJ Maxx carries Children's place stuff and I've gone to both stores on the same day and seen the same shirts that CP had out at TJ Maxx. Maybe that was the reason for the return policy change.
Really? I've never seen any TCP clothes at tj maxx. I'll have to take a look.
I've seen recently too! And Gymboree!
However I often shop the end of season sales at TCP and get most items for $1.50
