Anyone's child had a rash a few days before any fever or congestion was present? The rash looks similar to heat rash in most spots but there is a large patch under her arm that looks more irritated and similar to eczema. She had the rash for a few days and was totally fine before the fever of about 102 set in. A few hours after the fever, she started coughing a bit and seems mildly congested.
