Rate for mothers helper/babysitter
Looking to use a mothers helper/babysitter for the first time. (My 8 mo only naps for one hour total and I NEED a break!) How much do would you pay a 17/18 year old? Would you pay differently if they're watching DC while you are home? TIA!

I wouldnt pay differently if I was home or not and I was just told by a 16 yr old she charges $5 an hour and $2.50 an hr each addtional kid...i thought that was amazing. Thats what I charged back 15 yrs ago!

I think you need to pay between 8 and 10 dollars an hr for a mothers helper.
