Rave...Raymour & Flannigan
we just just got our new dining room table. we had to send back the one from bob's. it had NOTHING to do with the store, we didn't like the finish. we had a time window of 12-3. they called at 11:15 and said they'll be over in 10 min. by 11:45 they were gone. it feels so good to have a table again. we've been without a table for 2 week. now i can't wait to do holiday dinners

I'm awaiting a R&F delivery any minute now!
Curious about Bob's table that you sent back because I remember when you posted originally and DH and I are considering the same set. Did you personally not like the color of the finish or was there something wrong with the stain? Thanks!

we liked the finish on the table. when we got it, it had these little wholes. it was part of the wood but there was a lot on the table. we received our credit within a few days

I love Raymour and Flannigan, their customer service is fantastic! When we ordered our bedroom set, there was a delay in getting it, then the foot board on my bed was damaged, so they had to order a new one. They ended up taking 10% off our order for us, which ended up basically being the delivery charge. I didn't even ask them to do that!

Another rave here!!! I just had a bunch of stuff delivered (2 sofas, leather armchair, accent chair, and ottoman) and it is all in perfect condition. The guys were in and out in less than 10 minutes! 
Thanks for the info Gail - I will definitely look out for this if we order that same table!! 
eta: I forgot to mention we ordered this furniture on Wednesday night and had it Friday morning - awesome!

Just adding another rave.
We ordered a dresser after searching for one high & low. We got 10% off (2 day sale) and it is so nice.
Great price, good construction, beautiful finish and hardware, perfect condition not a single nic and delivered in like 5 days!

I'll rave too. LOVE my dining room table from them. They've got such nice stuff, it's priced reasonably, and their customer service is great.
