Raymour and Flanigan Protection Plan
Has anyone ever used their protection plan to have furniture repaired? I purchased the plan for my bedroom set and noticed a few scratches recently. I was hoping to call and see if they would come to take a look and repair them if possible. Anyone have feedback on how it worked out for them?

I haven't used the protection plan but had service come to fix things that weren't right (inclucing a scratch) when delivered but I have them coming under my protection plan on 5/13.
ETA: Service is great - they even fixed something on another piece of furniture that wasnt theirs.

Thank you! Did they ask you how it happened? Just want to be prepared when I decide to call. I am pretty sure the scratches are from me

I got my couches from them a year ago and have had to call twice to repair something. One was a tear in the seam and they fixed it and the other was the reclining mechanism and they fixed that as well. no problems and they are great with service.
