Are the BPA ones pulled or still for sale?
We have some Dr. Browns (with BPA) and some Born Free but we really do not like the Born Free. There is more drooling with Born Free, slower feedings and DS seems confused by the nipple even though he can drink from it.
We do warm his bottles if we are home. I was so concerned about this before he was born and now I am still using BPA bottles!!!! I have been swamped lately and don't know where to start catching up on the issues. DH just said that the BPA ones will be gone by the end of the year?

why not use drop in's? You can get them anywhere.

nipple issues.  That just sounds funny! Anyway, an LIFer gave me a list of bottles that may have nipples similar to the ones on the tall neck Dr. Browns. I just want to get myself to the store to look at them because I think I can tell by shape what will work for him. I would also like to know if the BPA free Dr. Browns or the glass ones are easy to get. Anyone know?????? I think I read that people have gone all over the place to find them.
ETA: Part of my reason for asking is to find out how serious it is with the BPA bottles. I want to change anyway but if they were pulled I would be in more of a rush. I know that not everyone would use that as a guide but that's just me.

i just went to bru in union square and they had a bunch of dr. browns without bpa. I bought an 8 oz bottle bottle 3 pk set. I didn't see the glass ones though. I don't plan on throwing my regular dr. browns away. I'm just gonna alternate.

they only had the standard tall thin ones..not the wide neck ones
