Re-freezing cooked meat?
I know you can't re-freeze uncooked meat that has already been frozen and defrosted, but can I re-freeze cooked meat that has been defrosted?

I have done it with chop meat, either meatballs or lasagna. What kind of meat do you have?

It's pulled pork. Froze some leftovers and last night I somehow left the freezer door wide open (in our extra frige in the garage, so didn't see it  ). It was still cool this morning, but not frozen. Just wondering if I can re-freeze it

I wouldn't. I would eat it or toss it. It will wind up very watery or mushy if it defrosted. This happened to me recently.

I wouldn't either. Maybe if it was cooked in between it might be different. No worth getting sick and it will probably be mushy.
