Really dumb cooking question
I just made corn muffins.
Do I wait for them to cool to take them out of the pan or do I try getting them out hot?

cool them , they will be easier to get ou once they are cold
if they are hot, the tops may come off if you try to pry them out of the pan

i am not usually a baker and wasn't sure. I tried to take one out hot and it crumbled.
