Really yummy chicken receipe! ( EASY)
I got this receipe my best friends daughters school PTA cookbook, and it was sooo good.
Grandma's Special Chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can plus 1/2 can of water from empty soup can
1 cup of rice ( Not instant!)
Chicken parts with bone in ( Iused thighs and breasts)
1 envelope of onion soup mix
garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper.
Grease pan with Pam or oil. so rice does not stick. Put in rice on bottom of pan. Place chicken skin side up in pan. Mix liquid ingredients together and then pour over chicken and rice . I then sprinkled dry seasonings on top of chicken to get more flavor. I also added a can of drained carrots to it too. bake at 350, about 90 minutes or until chciken is cooked through.
