Realtor gift

We are closing on our home soon and would like to get our realtor a gift. I know she gets commission but she really went above and beyond for us. We looked for a very long time and she was so patient with us.
She's mid 30's, married, new mom.
I'd rather not do a gift card or something with a dollar amount if possible. Any ideas?

When we closed I sent gifts from the popcorn factory and they seemed to be a hit. You could do an edible arrangement or something along those lines. These days, I think a tagging her in a nice thank you and recommendation on fb would be very appreciated!

Re: Realtor gift

The best gift you could give a realtor is a heartfelt thank you note and to recommend them to people you know.

This is true. I really appreciate when people write testimonials for me (my company sends out an email survey after closing with ratings and also a place for comments/testimonials). It helps with my business. And realtors work off of referrals, so clients who recommend their friends, family, etc. are the best gift that keeps on giving!

Most other clients who have bought me gifts (and it's not the norm) have given gift cards (to restaurants or generic ones like Amazon, Visa) or bottles of wine. It's always a pleasant surprise, but not really necessary.

If you want to give something personal and tangible, and you know the age/gender of the baby, maybe a baby gift?
