Realtors and listingbook....
I'm having an open house this weekend (I don't live in LI) and I want my listing to show "OH" on Listingbook but my broker doesn't seem to know how to do it. I told her I would pay any cost associated with adding the "OH" - can anyone walk me through how she should do it?
Thanks

Re: Realtors and listingbook....
There's an "open house" promotion feature on listing book that does have an extra cost associated with it. My company promotes all of our open houses on listing book for their agents, so I haven't had to do it myself, but I think it's pretty simple. If your agent has a listingbook account (the basic account is free), the "promote open house" prompt should pop up with her listings.... it does for me.
Also, there is a help line she can call to find out how to do it. If she has a listingbook account, I am surprised she can't figure it out!
