There is a number you can call to find out how much you are receiving and when the check will be mailed out. Ours goes out 2/4.

I called, they said that mine hasn't been issued ... they don't see why I wouldn't get one but nothing has been issued yet. Weird.

this is the answer I basically got. I think it depends on who you get on the phone. some people give more precise answers than others do.

I called too and they don't even have my info. Said probably won't come thru until after March. So I called my tax office and they had no clue what rebate I was talking about! I basically had to explain

I called and spoke to a nice lady. My check will be issued tomorrow and she gave me the amount ($682).

what year is the property tax check for? I bought my house in 2013...do I get a check? I can't remember if we got one last year but I think we did--a little under $200 if I'm not mistaken...but I can't remember what it was actually for

its for the year 2015 you should get a check as long as your town and school district met the requirement tax cap.

I just called today gave name, social security number and address. Was told I was eligible but it wasn't issued yet. They said it could take up to 4 more weeks to get it.

I'm wondering if they are doing them by zip code or something. Both my parents any my Grandma received theirs yesterday. They both live in 11001 which is pretty much one of the first zips on the island.

I got mine on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised.
I also did my taxes Saturday and the Child Tax Rebate is given with your state refund. It is an addition of $350 as long as you have a child that is over the age of 4.

did you actually see a $350 increase in your taxes? this year my state tax was only up by very little not $350 granted we made a little more money so maybe we couldn't write off as much but I was thinking I would have seen a significant jump. I don't do my taxes so I feel bothering my tax guy again asking more questions to him

I called about this today and got no info except that we are entitled and if we don't receive it in a few weeks to call back. I asked if they could tell me when it was scheduled to be mailed but got nothing.
