Recipe for Roasted Brussel Sprouts?
I want to make them for Thanksgiving. Anyone have any recipes other than just salt & pepper and olive oil in the oven?

I slice them in half, and par boil them.
then add them to a baking dish, salt, pepper, EVOO and bacon. The last 5 mins, I turn on the broiler to add some color/extra flavor.
honestly, when you roast them, you dont need anything else with them, they are SO flavorful and delicious.

I just rinse them, let them dry or pat them so they aren't soaking. Toss them with a little olive oil, kosher salt and pepper.. and then bake on a cookie sheet for about 20 minutes. Delicious.

You can fry up some pancetta or bacon, half the sprouts and toss them with the drippings, some salt and pepper and roast cut side down. Add the crumbed pancetta/bacon at the end.
