Recipe Question about Chicken
A recipe i'm making calls for 1/4 (4 pound) whole chicken, cooked and deboned. All I have is chicken breasts!!! Can I use this as a substitute and how many chicken breasts do I use? I'm kinda desperate here... I have everything layed out on the counter and don't know what to do.

I'm sorry, I think I'm reading the amount you need wrong..is it 1/4 of a 4 pound chicken or a 4 pound chicken? If you need 1/4 of a 4 pound chicken deboned, that would be 1 pound of chicken, I would think..if it needs to be deboned, etc., you CAN use your chicken breasts/cutlets...enjoy!
