Recomend a town in Nassau County!!!

Hi there Im new. I was hoping someone couls tell me what the nice towns are in Nassau. I need something with good schools that is close to the city. Preferably with good shopping

I live in Levittown. Grew up here and bought my house here. So obviously I love it and am biased.

I am very close to Target, Walmart a few strip malls with different stores like Lane Bryant Childrens Places Ulta every bank you could imagine. And all the supermarkets in creation. I am also close to Roosevelt field Mall Sunrise Mall and Broadway Mall...

I agree with the PP. People will suggest where they grew up/currently live as the "best towns". Nothing wrong with that.

Also like the PP, I live in Levittown and really like it. I'm near Waldbaums and Stop & Shop, Target, Michael's craft store, broadway mall and nice restaurants.

We use either the Bethpage or Wantagh train stations and make it to Penn in about an hour.

I like the Port Washington / Manhasset area. Great schools, good shopping. It's a fairly quick commute to Penn and you don't have to change at Jamaica.
