recommend a dvd that teaches letters plz
my ds (almost 2 1/2) is a sponge and knows everything about everything EXCEPT he has ZERO interest in learning to identify letters. (he did several months ago and could spell his name but now nada.)
we've tried many puzzles (even the talking one), flashcards, the fridge magnet one that sings, phonics games, etc.. he doesn't care.
i don't let him watch t.v. just on 'special occassions' so i'm thinking he'd love to watch a video and if i could find one that reinforces learning letters it may peak his interest and sink in.
i don't want him to watch sesame street b/c they just do 1 letter an episode.
any rec.s?

Thanks for posting, I just ordered this too, miki does not have letter recognition yet either at 2 1/2

DD loves the "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" song which is on a DVD with a few other songs/books. It goes through the whole alphabet.
She sings it all the time!

thanx guys i ordered both!
I also recommended following up with Word Factory (after Letters, of course)! My kids are starting to learn to read...it's pretty amazing!
