Can anyone recommend a prenatal yoga dvd?
I go to a 1 hour class once a week but would like to do it more often at home. I still don't know the moves by heart so am looking for a dvd to help me. Any suggestions?

Re: Can anyone recommend a prenatal yoga dvd?
Prenatal yoga with Shiva Rea. She has 3 models for each trimester and I like it as something to do in addition to my yoga class.
I also have yoga mama by crunch, but don't like it very much. the first couple of times are ok, but the poses aren't very interesting or challenging and I get tired of hearing the preachy parts of it over and over again. "You should talk to your baby in the womb..." etc.
