Recommend a family resort you enjoyed
we REALLY want to do a vacation and this will be our 1st with our LO.
Any recommendations on safe, good, kid-friendly resorts?

I've never been but I just read about Six Flags Great Escape in Lake George.
I've also read good things about the following:
Trapp Family Lodge
Smuggler's Notch Resort
