Recommend an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica
I've been to Jamaica before only as a port on a cruise, but the deals on resorts there look really enticing. I'm looking for a very lively/fun resort. Needs to be all-inclusive. Someplace with good food, great service, nice rooms/grounds, and lots of activities. We want a place that from the moment you walk in you KNOW you're on vacation. Steel drums out by the pools, activities going on all the time, etc.
We did Sandals in Antigua for our honeymoon, and while we LOVED it, it lacked the fun aspect that we were looking for. It was very quiet and more "romantic" geared. So this time we're looking for more of an upbeat/have a good time feel.

Are you looking for adults only? If so, Couples Swept Away. The only negative is it's far from the airport. But it was an amazing stay!

Our preference would be adults only, but it doesnt have to be. We'd prefer a place that wasn't crawling with kids though (like a Beaches resort).

I think couples swept away is more of that romantic vibe. There is only 1 place to really hang out at night. We found the nightlife lacking. Fabulous otherwise but based on your post, I'd chose something else

I guess I could see that. We went with two other couples so we always had a group to hang out with.

I'm looking for exactly what you are. I think I looked into a Secrets, but I was worried about nothing to do at night there too. We do like to have some sort of nightlife. I'll keep an eye on this post and see if anyone else has any input. Good luck.
