How tall is she? How much does she weigh? How old is she? Are you looking for a full-back booster, or just the seat?

Re: Recommend car booster seat

She is 42 inches and weighs 42 lbs. She is 4 years old. I plan on keeping her in her car seat for awhile longer. However, we travel and usually wind up renting a car seat. So i am looking for a backless booster seat that will be easy for traveling.

we got the graco Turbo booster from Costco for $35. Its a high back but the back pops off to use as a backless.

Re: Recommend car booster seat

We got the britax parkway SGL (the L stands for the latch option) for DS. I like that it has a back that is removable and also the latch system. You can get it on line or at BBB. The one sold at BRU does not have the latch. I went to BBB and they price matched the on line Amazon price. It turned out they did not have it in stock in the pattern I wanted so I ended up ordering it from Amazon. I went with the Cloudburst pattern. I don't love the pattern but it was the only one that was not nylon. I have heard that the nylon car seats for many manufacturers tear, but they are easier to clean. Britax Parkway SGL
