Recommend your basement paint color
We just finished our basement and are turning it into a playroom.
Can you suggest a paint color? Pics of your finished basements would help too, Thanks!!

My sister just finished her basement as a playroom and painted it light yellow (with white trim). It looks really good -- it's a sunny color for a playroom (seems more kid-friendly than beige, but still neutral). And I like nice, light colors for a basement. Gives it a nice, airy feel.
Not sure what paint color she used, but I have BM Weston Flax in my den, which is a pale yellow that I love!

benjamin moore - Whipple Blue.
My friend painted her playroom this and me and DH loved it. We just re-did out basement with it and LOVE it even more!

We have a high ranch and just renovated the lower level into a family room and a playroom. We used a pale green with white trim on the family room (Behr Spring Green) and a bright yellow for the playroom (Behr Applesauce). No pictures yet, we're not done yet!

We just finished our basement into a guest room, tv area, playroom and office. We painted the whole thing BM's Jicama.

We used Benjamin Moore Spring Meadow. Its a happy yellowish green color. (We had a hunter green rug down there do needed to stick with colors that matched that) but I love it and am very happy with our choice.
