Recommend Your Exercise DVD!
I am looking for a really good exercise DVD. It has to be something that doesn't take THAT long (I have a 4 month old, so my time is limited)- and it can't be that difficult- meaning something that doesn't take a whole lot of coordination!
Help!

I like the Slim in 6 DVDs - they have several DVDs that are varying lengths. I tried The Firm also but found that I wasn't quite coordinated enough to follow along with their step routines. No steppers with Slim in 6

I like the Winsor Pilates DVD's. Most of them are only 20-30 minutes.

Mine is not actually a DVD...but I do the exercise "videos" that come with my io box. They are free on demand. I like them!!
