Recommend your labor playlist songs??
I've made a list with about 36 songs on it so far...it's a mix of calm, nice relaxing songs, some in between upbeat but not crazy happy songs, and then some intense rock type songs in case i need some psychotic relief lol
but depending on how long labor is, i think i need some more than 36 songs!!!
please suggest if you've made a playlist or have a good idea!!

I plan on making a big mix. From Bush, to LMFAO, to Ginuwine, Usher, maybe some Billy Joel too.

very honestly... there was no sane time to say please start playing that play list. I may have hurt dw if she asked about music in the scheme of things. just my experience

If you do a search with my name and music a thread should come up. Or song. Not sure which keywords I used but it was recent. There was great suggestions in that thread.
I didn't turn my iPod on the entire 14 hours I was in there. We watched tv on low and I tried to nap. I'm glad I brought it though. It was nice to have the option if I wanted it.

lmao!! I know that there's a chance I will want nothing to do with it, but I'm such a music person, since I came out of the womb, literally, I've been so driven by music so it only feels natural to be listening to music through this...just want to be prepared! LOL
but I can totally see the possibility of not wanting to hear it :)

I think it really depends on your music taste. I had U2, DMB, Foo Fighters, Peter Gabriel, Bob Marley Beatles, Pearl Jam...all sorts of stuff. And I did listen to it. I'm into music, TV not so much. I kept it the whole time in the hospital too, so even baby got introduced to so good stuff from Day 1, LOL. A resident that checked me commented on Peter Gabriel, was kinda funny to be talking about that with his hand you know where...
