recommend your portable Navigation system
I'm looking for a portable navigation system to get my father in law for his car. It needs to be very simple. Please recommend yours if you are happy with it.

My mom swears by her TomTom and she's not technoligically advanced and she has mastered it!!

we all have tomtoms in my family- I have dh's first one, my sister has his second one and he is purchasing he's 4th for his birthday- his mom and my mom both have them as well.
very easy to use and the basic models are good for starting out- but I really love the traffic feature that dh has on his- I think its a 700 series- I forget the exact number- but it notifies you when there is traffic and gives you the option to map around it- soooo useful
