Please recommend your breast milk storage bags/system.
Doing some research for my registery and wondering what you ladies prefer.
Please share which you like best/least and why. Thank you!
ETA: Good point ladies... I've already registered for them but also recommend your pads. I chose to go with washables for a start.

I use the Medela pump & save bags. Like them so far, but it's also been only 2 weeks. I use their bra pads also.

I have these from the NICU but if you are trying to get a storage going then they really take up a lot of space

Re: Please recommend your breast milk storage bags/system.
I have used both the Medela Pump and Save bags as well as the Lansinoh. The Medela bags are good in that they hook right onto the pump so you don't have to pump into bottles and then put the milk into the bags - so that saves you some bottle cleaning. However, the Medela bags take up A LOT of space in the freezer and they were getting to be pretty $$ b/c I was using A LOT of bags so I switched to Lansinoh - I found them for a decent price online and they take up a lot less space in the freezer.
So all in all, I like the Lansinoh bags better. I haven't decided which pads I like - I've used Lansinoh and I don't love the shape of them and I've used Avent and they are a bit thick. So the jury is still out on that one (I just bought medela ones but haven't used them yet).

I used to use the lansinoh bags- the medela ones were really $$, plus, i split a few of them while drefrosting. never had an inssue with lansinoh. I would put hte bags in the huge 2 gallon ziploc bags in the freezer by the month, so i knew they were sorted by date.

I liked the Lansinoh bags too. I also really liked bags called "My Mommy's Milk". I got them from my LC. For breast pads, I liked the Lansinoh super soft ones the best.
