Recommend your tough toys

Yogi is pretty rough on his toys. They usually only last 15 minutes or so. I've tried the tuffy toys and he tears them apart. Right now, he only has a few bones and I feel like he is getting bored with them. Can you recommend your tough toy?

West Paw Design

I have the Tux, Hurley and Huck. So far, it's been months and they're going strong.

Buster Cube

To keep his mind occupied while looking for treats inside. This can get noisy though.

Jolly Ball

Not for chewing, since they can take the handle off. But we play with this one outside only.

Jolly teaser ball

This is for inside and can also get pretty loud when playing on hard floors.

I have others but they're basically all very hard plastic. No soft toys at all, he rips them apart and swallows them, including rope toys and the Tuffies.

Hope this helps! Also consider hiding toys in a closet and taking them out when they're bored. They get interested again, for a little while at least!

I have a lab and he completely destroyed his Kong in one day.

It depends how much of a chewer your pup is. I buy the nylabones for powerful chewers. They have big chews for big dogs.

They're about $20 each but so worth it. He has one that he's had for 4 years and he still can't destroy it. I clean them in the dishwasher

Kongs, Nylabones, and anything with a squeaker in it that's made of firehose covered in cloth (the tag will say that's what it is).

Our dog loves her Kong! She's had it for over a year and still hasn't managed to destroy it, even though she's a strong chewer.
