Recommend your truck/van with a 3rd row
DS is nearly 7, and in a backless booster. However, i CANNOT put him in the 3rd row of my Chrysler Mini van. The seat belt is like 3 inches away from his body. It "sits" on his shoulder, but there is a HUGE gap, it does not fit snugly at all.
What do you drive and how are your 3rd row seatbelts?

I have a Ford Explorer and a Ford Expedition both with a third row.

Buick Enclave, with a very big, comfortable 3rd row. My kids love sitting back there if I let them!

My friend got that car and they love it. We are considering that should we decide to get rid of my small car one day.
We have a Lincoln Navigator. True third row. My son occasionally sits back there when we have extra people in the car. He is 5 and in a booster and no issues - he loves it back there. Great car, great seat.

A toyota highlander and there are clips to hold the seatbelts closer to the child in the 3rd row. My 9 year old is now in the 3rd row all the time with #3 coming any day now and she loves it!
