Recovery time is AMAZING
I was exercising this morning. Emma decided she wanted to exercise with me. She did a good job she came to me and said "mommy my head hurts" to which I said it's probably from exercising and to go drink a lot of water, she finished my water and said "phew, all better"

Awe I love that!! Kaila will hold her head and come over to me if Im busy talking with someone and she wants my attention.. she'll say "my head hurts" or "i have a headache" to which I reply "do you need a kiss?"
she says yes and kiss her head then she tells me its all better
