Red Cheeks? Teething?
My dd's cheeks are red, is it from teething? She has a cold right now too but this has been on and off for about 1 month.....

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
Could be, but it also could be chapped cheeks or from mucous getting on them and drying them out...
When DD's cheeks get red, I put aquaphor on them and it usually goes away quickly...

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
Could be.
My DS had it recently on whatever side he was getting his molar.
ETA: If it's both cheeks, they're most likely chapped.

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
I apply baby Aveeno on her cheeks bc they have always been dry but this comes and goes.

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
Try Vaseline -- Dr. told us its waterproof so drool won't wash it way and its safe if DC put it in their mouth.
...and you put it on their bottom same idea

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
aquaphor..... it's the goo of the gods
it has stopped all red cheeks, chapped/flaky skin, and even improves cradle cap.........

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
Ryan's cheeks have been more rosey than usual the past couple of days and he is cutting his top 2 teeth this week.
Could definitely be associated

Re: Red Cheeks? Teething?
Kristina has that happen whenever she is teething... I think it's from all the drool or mucous from her nose...
