rediscovering payless.
I haven't been to payless in YEARS. Being I am now on a budget, I decided to check them out for the flats that are oh so in style this season.
Payless has certainly changed since the last time I was there, and I got three pairs of shoes for $45. Can't beat that.

I got these at Payless yesterday, the pics don't do them justice! they are SO NICE and SO comfy!! I don't have anything to wear with them, but they are so cute I just HAD to have them lol

I also bought these American Eagle slides 2 weeks ago. OMG the most comfy shoes I have ever put on my feet aside from sneakers! they have a sueded insole and it feels like you're walking on air

some other payless shoes I love but didn't buy (yet lol)
these are too high for me and the ankle strap falls, but I still love them!
I bought these in metallic yesterday, I want the black ones too
too high for me but 
 
I am definitely getting these!

I do well at target for inexpensive trendy shoes - I have gotten a few cute pairs there
last year they had exact knock offs of the JCrew capri sandles- for $7.99

what's funny to me is that I buy shoes there every now and then and they outlast expensive shoes I have! I have had a pair of sandals that I bought there... not kidding - at least 8 or 9 yrs ago, and I am finally throwing them out. but only b/c they're so worn, not because they fell apart.

You know something - the most compliments I have ever gotten were always on my shoes from Payless. When I tell people where I get them from, they are shocked.

I also wanted to add that I bought black ballet flats back in October and they still look great. I have gotten so many compliments on them. I also bought red heels and every time I wear them, someone asks me where I got them from.
