Refinishing a wood Floor help please

When DH and I bought our coop in 2008- I put in a blue rug in the guest room- a little short sighted of me- because now we're having a baby in November (not finding out the sex) and I feel like its going to look dumb if we have a girl

Does anyone have an approximate idea of what it would cost me to get the wood floor refinished? The room is about 11.5 x 11.5

Just one room should be relatively cheap (I'd say under $300). We had our entire upstairs done and hall closets for $950.

I'd say around $400. It costs more per room if you do 1 room at a time vs multiple rooms because the contractor has to lug all the equipment there and pay his laborers and still make a profit . KWIM?

You can usually get price range over the phone for a 1 roomer so call some floor guys and ask.
