reflux in 1 month old....how do i know?

my 1 month old is breast fed. He eats a lot. He was born at 9lbs 12oz. he was 11lbs at 2 weeks. Everytime he eats he throws up, like a lot. He does not seem in pain though. Could it be because my milk is coming out to fast for him? When he eats I hear him gulping and it seems like a lot of milk is coming out and fast. I don't know whats causing all this puke. My other child didnt puke nearly as much, his was more like spit up.

Usually with reflux they are in pain as well- they arch their back, they fight the bottle (or in your case the breast), they scream and cry.

He may be just a happy spitter or he may be drinking too fast.

If it keeps up I'd ask the ped though.
