Do you calculate DPO's from the trigger shot or the next day?

You are supposed to O about 36 hours after trigger so I would count from there. Good luck

It depends what time you trigger.
I always triggered at night. If you trigger at night, then ovulation is 2 days later. So trigger Monday night, ovulate Wednesday. Thursday is 1DPO.

Tx ladies. That was what I thought. So I find it odd that they want me to come in for my beta 12DPO. That's usually the earliest I would even test at home.
