Yea, Wamu! I am also happy with them and if I have a problem, I just complain to the manager (who happens to be my DH)

well I do have 1 complaint actually, unrelated to charging for transaction... they didn't send me my 1099 and then told me they would not be able to expedite it or pick it up at a branch
