Regarding Maternity leave....
Materinity Leave .. anyone not getting it ?
I work for a small co. I am not yet preg. but will be someday and I have to obviously think about talking to my boss, however, I run this whole place, so I am nervous to bring it up and also I need to know what benefits he will offer me, if any. I just don't want them to think of replacing me or anything before my day even comes.
If you do not have maternity leave - how did you do it financially?

We are trying to conceive here....maybe you can ask some ladies on the 'parenting board or pregnancy board'.

I am sorry.
I thought everyone TTC would know what there company policy would be, so that is why I posted here along with parenting.
This is something I have to consider BEFORE getting preg. which brings me to TTC.
