I would do the regular wash. Less chemicals than dry cleaning.

Wash it with Dreft or another detergent that is free of dyes and chemicals.

My bedding directions said to wash on delicate cycle and tumble dry low. I agree, Dry Cleaning has too many chemicals. I'm would think that all baby bedding is made so that it's machine washable, but I may be wrong.
