remember that crazy new mom a couple weeks ago?
The one who's newborn only napped during the day and didnt sleep a wink at night? Im not so crazy anymore  Just an update and a HUGE thank you for all of your suggestions and help!
After much deliberation, I have decided to go with formula at night, and can I just tell you the difference! She sleeps!!! Its been a solid week and a half or so of roughly 4 hour stretches of uninterrupted sleep at night. Its like a different child. Maybe my boobie milk wasent cutting it for her at night, and turns out all those screams were because she was hungry  Now during the day I pump and give her 1/2 breast and 1/2 formula, and it seems to be working out fantastically.
I was almost at my witts end and all of you helped me out so much. Much thanks ladies!

Awww that's awesome!!!! I felt like the discomfort of BFing is NOTHING compared to the sleep deprivation!!!! So glad you're sleeping (a little) and wait a few weeks, imagine sleeping *6* WHOLE HOURS, its like a whole new world!!!!

yay! yep, that's what Eryk needed too.... it's something about formula taking longer to digest... they feel full longer what a blessing......

Awww- yay! I was thinking of you a few days ago and wondering how it's been.
Now, could your 6 week old please call MY 6 week old and tell her that it's OK to go more than 2.5 hours between feedings at night?

It worked for us too!
At 8 weeks I added in some formula. Within a 2 weeks he was sleeping through the night 10 hours!!

Can your 6 week old also put a call into my 6 week old, he also doesn't go more than 2-2.5 hours between feedings at night too!!!
I can't wait til I'm in your shoes, that's so great you are getting more sleep.
