Remember to schedule annual exams

I feel like so many people forget to do this so here is your reminder. Schedule your yearly exams: Pap smear, physical, skin check, etc.

One month ago I had a suspicious mole removed and it turned out to be benign. Then a weird mark on my lip appeared. It’s precancerous and was treated. You need to take care of yourself to take care of others.

Schedule the exams and wear sunscreen says the almost 40 year old fair skinned woman who has religiously worn sunscreen for the last 20 years, but didn’t when she was a kid.

Thank you. You’re right. I know we are all busy. And the world is up in arms. But early detection Saves lives!

I can’t tell you how many times I say people need at least a primary dr. For routine exams. They find changes as they go through the years.
