rental in long beach?
a friend of mine is supposed to sublet a condo in long beach. it has been nothing but problems from the owner - changing the move in date, changing when he is taking out furniture, amount of deposit, etc. long story short, he's ready to walk away and start looking for something else.
does anyone know of any buildings in the area with 1 bedrooms available?

When I lived in LB, I lived in the Granada Tower building which is on the corner of Riverside and Park, across the st from Waldbaums. The real estate agency on the opposite corner manages the building. You can just walk in and they should be helpful (even with other rentals).
It is also a pet-friendly building.

My building has a few apartments
Pet friendly, across from the boardwalk. Great location
But you have to pay a realtor b/c it's on mls
If you want the info- fm me- I can show it to him.
