Replacement cost for Driver 1 Car Key???
Ugh, I lost my car keys...to top it off it had my key( 2011 MDX) and Dh's subaru key on it. I'm scared to know the cost to replace these car keys. I've heard rumors about the cost to replace these keys now a days.
Anyone have this happen and know an estimated cost? Maybe I'll start saving up to replace now, and replace them in a year lol. I have my spare so it isn't urgent yet...thanks!

My friend lost her Honda Accord key and it was $500 --guessing the MDX would be @ the same if not more...

A Honda CR-V key was $250 two years ago before labor costs (not sure if it has gone up since). Thankfully, I didn't pay for it. The Honda service center lost my key and ate the cost of making a new one.

ace hardware does keys with a chip for 75 dollars

I replace my key for my 2004 Honda accord a few months ago because it broke in half and it cost me $135. The newer cars may be more expensive....
