Re: Restless Leg Syndrome
Humm.... is it cramps or spasms? I've been drinking more water and having at least one banana a day to help. Not sure if you have the same thing?

Re: Restless Leg Syndrome
YEP!!!!!!! I think mine started around week 13. I can't get them comfy. I cross, uncross, cross, uncross, I just want to remove my legs at times!

that's what I say to DH when he asks how he can help! I hate it - last night was the worst for me. I ended up taking a Tylenol PM just to sleep through it!

Re: Restless Leg Syndrome
I had this on the LIRR on the 45 minute train ride. The only thing that helped was walking around.

Re: Restless Leg Syndrome
I've been getting this for the last couple weeks too. It's awful.
I noticed if I don't move around so much during the day it's worse at night. I make sure I walk at least an hour a day.
Also I read that RLS could be caused by low iron.
I was taking Flinstones vitamins, but I went back to my prenatals and since then it's been a bit better.
Def talk to your dr-pg women can be anemic and not know it.
