restless legs...
i've been getting this for the past week or so when i sit down on the couch at night to relax...it's really annoying because all i want to do is chill out and i can't sit still....is there ANYTHING i can do about it??

I have restless legs almost immediately after I get my BFP's. I had it with my first pregnancy and again with this pregnancy.
I always ask the doctor and all they have recommended was taking 3 tums a day and a warm bath before bed. It works a little but Im still pretty uncomfortable.

it happens to me as soon as I get ready to go to sleep. I wish I could find some way to make it better.
