How did you put it on a resume? Can someone paste what they have? I have no idea how to put this down

You would basically put it down as "Personal Assistant to Mr.XY".
And then just bullet the job duties, emphasizing them professionally of course...you can FM me if you want me to take a look at your resume  (I work in HR)
