Rice vinegar?
I picked up a bottle at Trader Joe's yesterday bc I feel like so many recipes call for it but really....what do I do with it???
Whats the purpose?

It is not as sharp or tangy as traditional vinegars and it has a sweetness to it. It is lovely in light dressings and Asian marinades and some sauces.. gives a kick without punching you in the jaw, KWIM?

only thing I have ever used it for is an asian edamame salad I make in the summer.
